UPGRADE SERVICE

Description:

This service will upgrade your SAP systems from any source release to the current SAP release level. This service provides different strategies on how you can minimize production support during upgrade project, for example by building a parallel landscape. The service also provides a complete project plan, a detailed cut-over project plan, fall-back options, help ABAP and functional teams perform testing, help ABAP'ers adjust customer modifications conflicting with SAP data dictionary objects and programs, help you to achieve downtime requirements. We will provide post go-live support to help resolve final upgrade related issues.

Deliverable:

At the end of Upgrade service, you would have an upgraded SAP landscape to the latest SAP release. Typically this means you will have upgraded systems of Sandbox, Development, Test, Staging and Production System.

Duration:

Approximately 4 - 12+ months depending on complexity of your system.
